AVG - Event exec_finished SOLUTION

SUMMARY

CHANGE YOUR DATE OF COMPUTER EARLIER AND TRY TO INSTALL

OR

DOWNLOAD LATEST AVG STANDALONE INSTALLER EVERY 6MONTH

I'm using AVG Free Standalone Installer from http://www.avg.com/ww-en/download.prd-afh-free

From April, my installer doesn't work and shows 'Event exec_finished' message.

I've tried with older version of AVG free(ex. avg_free_x86_all_2015_5645a8758, avg_free_x86_all_2015_ltst_222), but all of them showed me expired message and needs internet connection.

At that time, I remembered that I've downloaded that installer before 6 month and guessed the problem is date setting.

I changed date to November 2015(I've downloaded installer in December) and tried to install.

Suprisingly, IT WORKS!

I think this is just one of many solution, but try it anyway.
