The problem is caused if 'Rocket Tab' was not removed clearly. (Maybe Anti-virus removed some files)

Solution

0. If you can remove 'Rocket Tab' on 'Uninstall or change a program', Remove it. But if it failed, continue to next.

1. Find 'Task Scheduler' and open it

2. select Task Scheduler Library on left tab then you can see RocketTab and RocketTab Update Task. Delete them.
